Our CEO is a qualified accountant who has worked as an accountant since 2001 and a Fractional CFO since 2016. We have been established as a Fractional CFO business since then.
No. We are not a traditional broker. We provide a Fractional CFO service, which has two parts to it; one is to provide exit advisory, we charge a retainer for this; second is an actual exit, we charge a commission for this. You can choose to have both services or just one of them.
Yes, we help start-ups from Pre-seed to Series C. We align our fees with outcomes.
We get paid a success fee and therefore only take on clients we believe we can get an successful outcome for. If we can't we will tell you upfront.
There isn't one! We are selective with who we work with and therefore reduce the risk of wasting our time as well as yours.
